ACCESS, TECHINAL SUPPORT, AND READING PRACTICE OF STUDENTS WITH HEARING IMPAIRMENT AT THREE ECUADORIAN UNIVERSITIES

چکیده

The access of students with sensory deficits to quality educational services persists as one the challenges higher education worldwide. This work aims determine level and technical support that three Ecuadorian universities offer hearing impairment for development reading skills. mixed approach scientific research is used data collection. instrument Inclusive Education Access Questionnaire created by Real (2011). techniques were: contextualized observation, in-depth interview, survey. results show in studied, limitations persist providing disabilities, reducing skills group studied. concluded improve impairment, participating must install pedagogical/technical supports, design intervention routes, strengthen knowledge motivation teaching staff implement curricular adaptations specific tutorials.
